Private Music Instruction
Available in: Bass, cello, clarinet, fiddle, flute, acoustic & electric guitar, percussion, piano, rock drumming, saxophone, trombone, trumpet, violin, viola and voice.
$115 for 5 weeks ($23 per half hour)
$170 for 5 weeks ($34 per 45 minutes)
$230 for 5 week ($46 per hour)

Dress Code Summer 2012
Weekly Workshops: Musical Theatre Song & Dance: All students should wear comfortable attire that you can easily move in. Sneakers must be worn. No flip-flops.
Ballet Classes/Dance Intensive I and II
Pink tights, Pink Ballet Slippers, Solid Color Leotard. Hair in a bun.
Tap Classes:
Black jazz pants, T-shirt , tap shoes, females hair in a ponytail.
Jazz Classes:
Black jazz pants, T-shirt , jazz shoes, females hair in a ponytail.
Modern Classes:
Black jazz pants, T-shirt , bare feet, females hair in a ponytail.
Adult Classes:
Comfortable attire that you can easily move in, appropriate shoes for dance form and females have hair pulled back.

Fee & Refund Policies
Registration Fee (if applicable) $15
Registration will not proceedunless accompanied by full payment. A $10 fee will be assessed for every date, session or class switched per student after initial registration unless initiated by Academy due to class size. 50% will be refunded if cancellation is made at least 7 business days prior to the start of a class or session. No refunds will be issued after the start of the program. Sessions are not prorated for missed days. Complete refunds will be issued if a program is cancelled for insufficient registration. The Academy reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment.

Policies
The Academy is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt, cultural and educational organization. Enrollment of any student found in violation of this policy will be terminated. Refunds will not be considered for students in violation of Academy policy.
